Role: Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Manager (QHSE Manager)
Location: Lista, Norway
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop,implement, and review the company's QHSE strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives.
· Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
· Promote a positive QHSE culture throughout the organization.
· Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure continuous compliance and improvement.
· Provide training and support to staff on QHSE matters.
· Report on QHSE performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably within the aerospace industry.
· Deep knowledge of industry-specific health, safety, and environmental regulations.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication abilities.
